I will also email you Part 1 of our Welcome book and a contract for you to sign if you are interested in booking. If you are requesting to book now, you will receive an invoice for your rent, extra guests, dogs, housekeeping and the taxes on those items, and you will also receive a second invoice for the security deposit as it is not taxable. If I am not available, my daughter Terry Morrow Baird will assist you.

Once we receive your signed contract, we will send out Part 2 of the Welcome Book with additional information. You will receive a communication with the lock box code shortly before your arrival date.

Please note that “Guests” in this form means the total number of guests regardless of age. “Adults” means anyone over age 6, and “Children” means anyone age 5 and under (as they do not count toward the maximum occupancy of 8 for our cabin.
